We have a lovely spacious 4 bedroom ground level home,one King size bedroom-main, with ensuite walk in robe,one Queen,two singles with seperate Spa,Shower, WC. Large covered patios entertaing area with BBQ next to pool,double garage.We have four TVs,one is a 42inch Plasma & 4 DVDs,a full sterio CD tape deck. A private jetty to fish or crab off.Less than 5 minutes to major shopping-beaches,clubs.Beautiful day trips available in surrounding district.Brisbane International Airport one hour away.Airport coach available right to front door & after holiday return to airport departures area.

Area is known as the Sunshine Coast,Perfect one day,beautiful the next.Home is situated in a quite cul-de-sac,neighbours are helpful & friendly A modern Ford 6cyl,automatic,cruise control, air conditioned sedan is available. For those who like to partake of a drink or two without driving, most of the clubs have a free home to club coach service & return.Some inexpensive restuarants are close by. We are experienced Exchangers,[four times]we have travelled extensivly through France three times,Spain ,Portugal,Italy,Switzerland,UK,Singapore,Hong Kong,& Macau. Something about ourselves
Margery & I are in our early active 70s,we love gardening,reading,travel,medevil history,[Marg]sewing & Taperstry. Marg is a retired teacher,me a retired engineer.
