Our home is an open plan contemporaty design with a spacious feel. It has tile floors, a kitchen with high-end appliances and granite counter tops and nice baths with tile, granite and glass.All bedrooms are equipped with TVs and DVD players and the great room has a flat screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD player and Bose stereo surround sound system. We have a large, furnished lanai with lush tropical palms and flowering plants and a spa and canal view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying our beautiful Florida climate. Our house is a fully equipped, 2 bedroom with den and computer.The den can be used as a bedrooom, should you need to sleep 6. All you need to bring is your clothing!

Our neighborhood
Our home is in a desirable, upscale gated community of well-maintained homes. It offers a large private community pool, park, tennis courts, marina, private gourmet restaurant and its many trees make walking or biking a pleasure. We are within blocks of several fine restaurants. Ft.Myers Beach is a 15 minute drive and Sanibel Island 25 minutes. We are conveniently located 2 hours from Miami or Tampa, 45 minutes from Naples, 3 hours from Disney World in Orlando. For nature lovers, the Florida Everglades is only an hour and a half away. We are a young-at-heart couple who love to entertain, dine out and travel. My husband is retired from the cell phone industry where he owned his own company and imported goods from Japan. I am an elementary teacher of gifted students and plan to retire in June 2010. We love life here in Florida and enjoy our home tremendously. This is our first home exchange.
