I own 1/10 of this ocean front home at Nags Head North Carolina. This means I can stay there, or exchange it, for five weeks a year. The normal rental fee for the summer is $2,500 per week in the summer months. Weeks in the fall, winter and, spring are less expensive. I have a week in each season; i.e., summer, fall, winter and, spring, plus one holiday season (ex. christmas, easter, forth of july, etc.) Two bedrooms have twin beds and one a queen sized bed. The master bedroom has it's own bath with hot tub and balcony which overlooks the Atlantic ocean.
